Legal Agreement
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IDMaker (“the Service”), operated by Thumbeja Publicity (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a printing house, school, college, or other commercial entity, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that organization.
2. Purpose and Service Scope
IDMaker provides workflow infrastructure for identity card data collection, spreadsheet roster ingestion, client photo cropping, administrative approvals, and export archive packaging. IDMaker does not operate physical printing presses; the service delivers digital production packages intended for the subscriber’s internal or third-party merge machinery.
3. Multi-Tenant Account Responsibilities
Subscribers are allocated isolated tenant workspaces. Printing houses are responsible for safeguarding administrative credentials and regulating access rights granted to staff, client schools, and teachers. You agree to notify IDMaker immediately upon detecting unauthorized credential use or data compromise.
4. Student and Institutional Data Ownership
You retain your rights in the records and materials you supply. You are responsible for having the authority and permissions needed to collect, upload, review, export, and share those records, including any required authorisation relating to children. IDMaker processes roster data to provide the service; individuals retain their applicable privacy rights. See our privacy policy for data handling and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
5. One-time packs and payment
Paid capacity is sold as one-time packs: 5 client organisations for ₹1,999 or 20 for ₹4,499. Packs add capacity: purchasing both provides capacity for 25 organisations. They do not create an automatic monthly or annual debit. Review the price and selected pack before confirming payment. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Razorpay and capacity is applied after payment verification. Offline codes and platform-owner grants are recorded separately.
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the request process and bank timing. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Audit Trails and Data Retention
Authorised users can export records within their role, project, and plan permissions. Keep any copies required for your printing work. Account closure does not automatically erase all organisation records. Contact support and the responsible organisation about export or deletion; retention of billing records, security logs, and backups is described in our privacy policy.
