Who operates the service

IDMaker is operated by Thumbeja Publicity. The software helps printing houses work with their client schools, colleges, and organisations, alongside the staff responsible for collecting and reviewing member records.

What IDMaker does

Teams can import or enter roster information, capture or upload portrait photos, crop photos, request corrections, and approve records. Authorised users can download data and photo exports for their identity-card production workflow.

Account roles and assigned organisation or group permissions determine which records a user can access. Your organisation and printing house manage their own collection requirements, staff assignments, and review decisions.

Digital preparation and physical printing

IDMaker provides workflow software and digital exports. Physical card design, printing, delivery, and related arrangements are handled separately by your printing house or organisation.
